Ripped of step on brand new Ram 1500, told me someone resolve that in 3 days, already a week, still nothing.Update: repair was declined due to step was deployed, but they provided free wash month for my vehicles. Thank You Jordan.

Car wash is decent, however the idea of putting your info in a wireless tablet (That they have to scan into the existing machine) is both a security risk for my card, and sheer idiocy in redundancy. It's why I avoid this car wash whenever possible. Unfortunately they have a lovely location that makes them useful.

I’ve been a loyal JetBrite car wash club member for years, but my recent experience with the Weber location and their management team, especially Julissa was extremely disappointing.My membership was canceled in the middle of the month, which I understand may be due to their updated policies. However, I had already paid for a full month and reasonably expected a prorated refund. The customer service representative initially told me I would be refunded. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email from JetBrite’s upper management stating they would not issue any refund at all.When I reached out again for clarification, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism from Julissa, the manager on site. The way she handled the situation was dismissive and condescending, definitely not how you treat a long-standing customer.In the end, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back, and thankfully, I won. It’s unfortunate that it had to go that far, but it speaks volumes about how JetBrite’s management chooses to handle customer concerns.

Great car wash, but not worth the membership because of wait times.Paying $40 a month, always busy and the jet pass line moves the same speed as all the other lanes.Should be priority que for paying subscribed customers.Also, the location needs to expand, there’s way too much demand in general it’s a pain to just get a car wash now.Buy the Red Robin lot and expand the business
