We have had our membership for several months now and there’s no shine like southern shine! My wife’s car looks spotless when it comes out. The tires are also black and shiny. I haven’t ever used a car wash that shines your tires quite like this one does. We are lucky to have this car wash in our hometown! The vacuums are also great and the free air freshener you get each time you go smells great as well! If you haven’t tried it yet, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been to a lot of car washes, but I have never had anyone scrub my bumpers scrub my windshield like these folks do. They are an amazing bunch of folks!

Looks like I'm not the only review complaining about attitudes of the staff. But, I get it. They have to come out and try to sell you a plan. When I declined, she proceeded to operate the touch screen for me, asking me which wash I was interested in. Honestly, I wasn't sure and just wanted to scroll through the options before I decided. So, I said I just wanted to use the self-serve option and didn't need help. This clearly upset her. I got the "eye roll" mentioned in other reviews and got called a jerk. I asked her to open the barrier so I could pull through and leave. Total jerk I believe is what she said. That's OK too. I get it. You have a bad day, don't like your job, etc. etc. It can happen to anyone. But, what happened next is inexcusable! She not only didn't open the barrier, but locked it so it wouldn't open, and went inside. I didn't realize initially, but my wife asked me to just purchase a plan and pull through. I did, and the gate didn't open. I could still see her keys hanging in the keylock. I pulled up thinking it was just not sensing me, but still didn't open. The employee was inside the booth watching me, refusing to come out and help. I actually had to get out of the car and manually raise the barrier arm to pull through. But, she wasn't finished. While I was pulling into the car wash, she comes into the car-wash bay and is either screaming to me or about me to the other employee, I wasn't exactly sure because I was avoiding making eye contact with her. I just wanted to get my car wash and leave. Honestly, I was afraid she was going to shut down the car wash with me inside since she was so emboldened to actually lock the barrier on me in the first place.DON'T GO HERE! LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS AS WELL.

Not sure why the staff is so cranky during interactions while this place has only been open for maybe two weeks now?? Rolling their eyes when I’m pulling into the bay because I’m not going fast enough or something…also if I have to wave someone down for help even though I can see them sitting inside and they get visibly frustrated it makes me not wanna come back. Also, how is a brand new car wash missing spots on my vehicle completely? Only giving two stars because the vacuums are great and the air hose is nice.
