Everyone on staff is friendly, smiling, waving or they speak & there are always plenty of cleaning products for my use that work well. My car shines so much after, even a neighbor said it looks like I just polished it! Btw, this is a nighttime pic, but all that shine & today I never even put a towel to it! So it’s obvious the Take 5 machine works well…

I want to thank the Take 5 staff located on Hwy 64./Stage Rd. in Bartlett, TN in particularly, Calvin for ALWAYS going far and beyond with providing assistance and customer service with kindness and a smile. Sometimes when I've had a long day...... it's nice to have grear interaction and conversation while I'm getting a high quality cleaning experience. I have three of my vehicles enrolled in the Premium monthly special and it is worth every cent that I pay for. Thank you all again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤝
April 04 - Marcus HeastonIt’s not so much the staff, as it is the other customers here. The young lady who greeted me at the gate was phenomenal, professional appearance, smiling, and just sweet as can be! An attentive man met me at the wash entrance and got me going. The other customers made a less than ideal visit. Regardless, keep these employees safe and sound and you have a key to success. Every business needs these employees.
May 22 - scooter trashAfter the last few months, I've missed out on wasing my vehicle more than I've been able to wasj it. The employee's car is there doors open, but the cone blocks me from entering. This is 15 minutes after the open, according to the hours. I am getting ready to cancel my membership. I can only go first thing in the morning, so it is useless to me now. Update the second picture was from this morning at 8:15 once again not open. I was at sonic getting a drink hoping I could wash my car but I had to be at work before they opened again. I just im just donating money to these people
