I recently moved from Columbia to Jefferson City and switched from Club Car Wash to The Wash Shop—the only subscription-based automatic car wash I could find in the area. Unfortunately, I’ve been thoroughly unimpressed from the start.I’ve now been through the wash six separate times, and each time my car comes out still dirty. The front, back, and undercarriage of my vehicle are consistently untouched. The worst experience was at the Missouri Boulevard location. Visually, I could see that the first set of spinning scrubbers was barely turning, and one of the brushes looked like it was falling apart. The scrubber that's supposed to clean the front and back just bounces off and doesn’t even reach the surface of the vehicle.On top of that, the vacuums were poorly maintained. One nozzle came apart in my hands, and I couldn’t reattach it—just had to leave it for staff to hopefully fix.Most concerning of all, I noticed some damage on my vehicle afterward, which is incredibly disappointing. This has definitely not been a quality or safe experience. At this point, I’ll be reconsidering my subscription and looking for other options, even if it means going out of my way. If you're looking for a reliable, thorough wash—this isn’t it.

This may have been the worst car wash I’ve ever had the misfortune of purchasing. I got a step up from basic expecting even an average car wash but I was sorely mistaken. The pre wash was terrible, the soap was far from effective, and I was left wondering why I wasted my time. There was only one towel left and it was destroyed. The towel couldn’t have wiped off a water stain. I had to wipe the car down for close to 45 minutes to even salvage a car better than the before. I will not be returning.

Purchased the supreme wash, and I asked the attendent to give extra attention to the back of SUV. Went to wipe down the vehicle and towels weren’t in any bin. Had to go inside to obtain towels, and discovered 4 employees conversing. Our floor boards and mud flaps still had road grime as well as the back of SUV. This is by far a terrible wash.

Always love going to the car wash on the Blvd! The guys are always friendly and polite and do a thorough job for me! I think Riley is smiling every single time I go👍 the wash is great and car always looks shiny and beautiful!

I had an excellent experience at The Wash Shop! The staff was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My car came out looking brand new with a spotless, streak-free shine. The service was quick, yet thorough, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend The Wash Shop to anyone looking for a top-notch car wash!
