Very disappointed in the wash. I have used several other similar type car washes in the past and have always been very pleased with how clean my car looks afterwards. I purchased the highest tier wash, premiere with -ceramic coating- $25 car wash from here and it did not clean my car very well at all, it left a dingy film on the front half of my car and back halfway was okayish. I said something to the attendant about it to see if that was normal and they said they would let me go through it again for free and it should do better. It basically look the same after the second pass and lower portion of the car is still completely filthy. The pictures that I have attached are after two passes through the highest tier wash they have and you can see where I have wiped the dirt with my fingers and left clean marks in it. Maybe it works better for hire vehicles but I wouldn't waste my time or money taking a car through there at all.-My reply to your "gravel road" comment: Good thinking, then I guess you have the Hi Def video of where I wiped my fingers across the front bumper while I was talking to your attendant after the first lap through right before the second lap through the wash and left these marks shown in the picture that are still there after the second wash. I would have accepted a "we're sorry and I'm sure we can do better next time" but calling your customer a liar is something else. Nice👍

A nice brand new 'Wash' Car Wash is open in Fairview with a great selection of affordable plans and services to suit your needs. You're greeted by a service screen clerk who explains their washes and a bay handler that directs your vehicle. The wash was as expected for a Wash car wash, it got everything but the hard to reach spot under the tailgate/license plate section nice and clean! Blow dryers are a big plus even for the cheapest wash at $10. The vacuum area was spacious and had super suction. Each nozzle was a wide mouthed angle and got everywhere I needed. Overall 5 stars and on opening day too!

Last three times I've used this wash I've had to turn on my windshield wipers an spray to remove dirt film on windshield. I added a car to my plan and told an attendant,not sure how far that got.

Response to Owner (review below it)Thank you for taking the time to respondIt reads as if you are defending your employees actions & appears & sounds like your #1 goal when a customer has a really bad experience is to attack & call them a liar. It states you reviewed the video, was this to make it appear as you 'fact checked' & I lied?You may have missed it. I pulled out to the right about 3rd spot from the end closest to exit & gave it a go 2-3x before I decided to get back in my car & drive to the other side where I figured it out.I arrived around the 10am window, there were very few cars there. You can see in the pictures which I took at 10:43am, it's before the busy time started & there are zero cars in line for a wash.I personally had to ask another customer where they got the spray. Your GM in fact did NOT come out & show me the spray & cloths, I was unaware they were option as there are no signs or anything.You are happy to make things right followed by a 'but' which cancels out that statement.Yes, I paid for the carwash I received. As stated in my review, I did not receive the car wash I requested. I didn't realize it until I was going through & the ceramic coating sign didn't light up. I didn't lie about not getting what I paid for. I was honest & said I didn't get what I requested. I was NEVER once offered an option to go back through. Clearly I would've taken it as I attempted to correct the matter with the GM.Surprised you never once took accountability or apologized. You tried to attack and discredit my review & experience.---------GO TO CARWASH CONNECTION FIRST! They are local, about 3min down the road and as well and care about service.I visited this wash when it opened and gave a great review about the service that I experienced even though I couldn’t use all of the services like the vacuums and just went through the wash.Today I went back again for the first time since opening, and just left there had the same worker Connor assist me. Today no matter how I tried to engage or what questions I asked I got one word answers and blown off. It genuinely felt like they didn’t want to be there or even assist customers.I even explained how my car wasn’t completely clean after the last time, but even stated you could’ve been low on soaps or something like that, because you were very busy. He simply just said yeah, as he turned to push a button or something (I was waiting for the bar to go up so I could drive through). I asked for the highest wash and discovered as I was going through that he gave me the wrong wash. I went to use the vacuum today and to be honest couldn’t figure it out. So I walked around looking for someone to assist me, all I could see were the two workers standing at the entrance to the wash chitchatting standing around looking at me, nothing more. I decided to go to a different vacuum and I was able to figure it out.Then, I saw other people using spray and towels, and I stepped out a few times, trying to figure out where those were with the workers again staring at me, looking at me walking around. Finally asked another customer where to get them.I finally saw a worker walking around vacuums and checking trash cans and asked if he worked there and if a manager was available, he said yesThe manager, a younger gentleman wearing sunglasses & a baseball cap came out never introduced his name, & I forgot to ask. I told him every single thing that happened and how frustrated I was & even apologized if I was coming off rude but I never yelled I never cussed just tried to share my frustrations. Explaining in detail what I just experienced including three different times saying I paid for the wash I didn’t request I wanted the higher wash and he didn’t give me the wash I wanted.He simply said I’m sorry for all the inconvenience will address that. But if you need anything don’t hesitate to ask. To which I responded, I would if I knew where to find workers or worker to help me. He just said sorry about that and walked away.Two stars bc the vacuums are still very new & very good.

This is the best car wash performance-wise that I have ever taken my car through. They have a good selection of plan options, however they do seem pricy in my opinion. The tire shine is my favorite part and seems to do a good job. The employees have all been happy and pleasant every time I’m there. This car wash would have 5 stars if it weren’t for the way it is operated. I have a membership and I work a standard 9-5 job and I have rushed home several times to get my car washed only to find them closed at 6 or before. Their hours say open till 7 PM, however they seem to close whenever they like. I have been on an afternoon that it had rained for maybe 30 minutes in the morning and I didn’t see the car wash open for the whole day. I have had instances where I saved the car wash for the end of my errands since they’re supposed to be open late, only to find them prematurely closed. Today I decided to try going around 4:30 thinking no way it could be closed. Wrong again! They were closed for some maintenance that could definitely be done after their normal business hours. For $50/month I shouldn’t have to question whether or not they will be open and never be able to make it after a regular job. On top of this, it’s difficult to tell when they are closed because they use the same cones to direct lanes of traffic as they do to close off the car wash entrance. This makes it so that you can’t tell they are closed until you’ve already pulled in, which is an annoyance for a car wash that is placed in such a highly trafficked area and right next to a stoplight. These things could be easily remedied by signs, announcements for maintenance, different colored cones, and a decision to stay open through 15 minute rain showers in the middle of April.
