I have used this Elite car was at 900 South Main, Sikeston Missouri for years!!! I have had three issues on new vehicles this year aloneOnce a new 2023 Camry had a big black grease mark down the whole side. The staff was nice and we both worked together with chemical they already had ready to get it all off. It took around 30 minutes but corrected.Another time this year I took my new 2023 Tundra thru and a 5 gallon chemical bucket somehow got in the back of my truck and the pressure danced it around during the whole wash. No idea how this happened but was not in my truck at the start. I checked truck on exit and all appeared fine. I assume the bed liner protected the beatings and I did not report.Now current issue. I bought a new 2023 Camry Hybrid white on 6/14/23Car was new and in perfect shapeI used Elite at wash at 900 South Main on Saturday 7/29/23 at 239pm in the afternoon.A very bright sun shining day. The car wash did lots of damage to the car showed in the pictures. Scratch is to the metal and circular pattern. I’ve only had this new car 6 weeks.I went back to the wash Sunday July 30 and talked to two nice staff. The young lady told me they had a big malfunction the day before and had reported and sent pictures to her boss. She also showed me her cell pictures with the damage. Part of the rubber rolling hose had fallen out leaving hard plastic. It sounded to me like maybe she had not heard back from her boss on the weekend and the wash kept sending cars thru ???I went Tuesday 8/1/23 at their other car wash on north main and talked to the two supervisors Matt and Will.Told them the whole story and Matt acknowledged he was aware. He looked at car damage and seemed 100 percent in agreement. He mentioned his home office would review in be in contact with me. He asked me to get a bid for repair. I got a bid for. 374.13 and sent in. I would also need a car rental for two days. Car rental would be around 150.00I had a bid to sell the car to Car Max that was only good for 7 days.On 8/3/23 I got an email response stating they was refusing to pay and sent one video from the wrong direction. The emailer will not give a name. The staff tells me it is a Tabitha responding to me on the email??I told the emailer they either had TERRIBLE cameras, doctored the video, or they had picked a wrong date!!I go thru the car wash a lot and they have a record of each date. We all also know a video can be doctored easily. The emailer emailed back they had three other angles they was sending me. I’ve asked three times and they refuse to send the other better angles. Also their video did not have a date or time stamp!!!I west back Friday 8/4/23 around 245pm and met Matt at the car wash on North Main working. I asked to see the video. He asked me to give home 30 minutes and meet me at the wash at 900 South main.We both agreed to meet at 330pmI arrived at 325pm and waited till 440 pm.I waited over an hour and no response. Also no call. I called and emailed and no response.It is unreal they would treat a customer who has used them for years this way???? I have never asked for a dollar. This is real and I would not make this up just to be taking up my time and theirs. My time is worth more than the 500.00 damage!!!I plan to keep addressing this issue on my new car. I have attached many pictures. Makes me wonder if Tabitha is doing this to others????Not good businessEspecially when a NEW FANCY CAR WASH IS BEING BUILT now one block away near Walmart and Taco Bell.I know all mechanical things tear up but to deny payment to a long standing customer is simply wrong!!!!!Someone over Will, Matt, and I think Tabitha needs to step up and do the right thing!!!The car is paid in full and I showed them the clear clear title. No prior damage. And no lein holder. The dollars is owed to myself Randy only.I hope the owner sees this and makes this small wrong item correct!!!What is a small 500.00 for a very busy car wash???? Absolutely the best place to get a good wash, especially if you live near dirt roads and have messy kids the vacuums will handle any mess!

Very pleased with the car wash but the young lady that was working today she so hot but actually took her time to rinse my tires off and everything normally they just do a quick rinse this time this young lady took her time because she saw the extra dirt on my car very pleased with her very very pleased

Love this place first one I've seen in our area that offers free vacuums free window cleaner tire cleaner an some other things I just can't remember what. Their car wash is automatic an it does amazing for an automatic. Overall 10/10 recommend for a carwash.
