Everyone is pretty friendly at this location. However, I wish the people at the beginning of the wash would actually use the sprayer to get extra dirt etc off the cars before they go through the wash. Also, I went through a few weeks ago and realized I didn’t have cash to tip the people that try your car after the wash. I rolled down my window and apologized to the girl for not having cash to dry my car and she asked if I still wanted it dried. I said that was OK and drove off… I appreciate their services and I always tip but this one instance, really? Yes I absolutely wanted my car dried, but I decided not to after seeing the look of disappointment on the girl working. I could be wrong, but I don’t think that they are working for tips.

My second visit there in my Maserati Granturismo, and it was a very disappointing experience. They messed up both driver side wheels, looks like whoever pulled it in hit the Rail walls on the track of the carwash. I spoke to the GM there, and she said she would review cameras and tried to wax the damage away. She said she doesn’t think what happened was from the rail because it’s plastic and doesn’t reach that high. I told her the damage is in both wheels in the exact same spots all around the wheels on driver side meaning it did happen at the wash, and it makes sense because if it wasn’t plastic it would have ate through the metal but because it’s plastic it ate through the clear coat only. She still won’t admit, and I told her to pull the car in to see herself that the rail does go high up on the wheels because they’re performance wheels and tires, she wouldn’t do it. She filled out a form and wanted to discuss with upper management even though she said she was the general manager there. She told me they will follow up in a couple of days, these wheels are $3000 and they messed up two. These can’t be powder coated the same color as to factory, needs to be ordered from manufacturer. I’m very disappointed with how they handled the situation and will be canceling my membership. Will update review after the case is done.

Pretty good wash but they need to take their time a bit more for $45 plus tip. They need to use the pre wash power washers to get the bugs off the grill better and pay close attention to the dash wipe downs. Always seem to have to redo those areas when I get home

I recently took my car here and it was a terrible experience. They cracked my windshield, causing two big cracks down the center of the glass. When I pointed it out, they claimed it wasn't their fault, but I know my windshield was perfectly fine before I went there. Now, I'm stuck paying out of pocket for a new windshield.On top of that, the service was rushed and sloppy. They have young kids doing the vacuuming, and they clearly aren't trained well. They were done in about five minutes, and the inside of my car was still dirty. There were bugs still stuck on the front grille, and the overall cleaning was poor.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

They don't touch the brake grime on your wheels. I thought a full service wash would clean the wheels, I do when I wash the car. I had to get out the shop vac when I got home and touch up the vacuum job, then clean my wheels. Why would I pay 18 bucks and a 5 dollar tip, when I have to come home and finish the job myself. No better than driving through the self wash at the gas station in my opinion.
